  • What is a Company Administrator?
    Your company has a designated user who will manage access and permissions for all other user’s setup under your company. Your company administrator will receive additional information on how to perform administrative tasks.
  • How do I know if my browser version is compatible?
    We support the current and prior major releases of Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome. Please note that utilizing older browsers may result in disabled functionality or limited access to services. It is not recommended to use Compatibility View with Internet Explorer.

  • What is a One Time Pin (OTP)?
    One Time Pin will be replacing the hardware security token codes for Wire and ACH submission. When you login for the first time, you will be asked to provide a phone number where you can receive text messages. When submitting Wire and ACH, a unique One Time Pin (OTP) code will be sent to the designated number via a text message. You will put this number in the system to authorize your transaction.
  • I didn’t receive my OTP via text message, is there another way to receive the pin?
    Please call us at 844-MVB-BANK and we can provide an unique OTP for your transaction.
  • Do I need to return my hardware token to the bank?
    No. Unless you are using hardware token at login (optional) you can simply dispose of your hardware token by typical trash disposal means.
  • Will I need to re-establish scheduled and recurring transfers, Wire and ACH transactions?
    No.Your existing scheduled transfers, Wire and ACH transactions will remain intact. However,it is best to double check your scheduled items to be sure they are correct.
  • Will I continue to receive my Online Statements in Business Online Banking?
    Yes. However, your statements may not be available for immediate viewing. If you need a statement in the mean time, please contact us at 844- MVB-BANK. Once statements are updated in the new system, you will have 18 months of statement history available.
