Beginning August 12, 2019, MVB Bank is excited to offer an enhanced client experience through our new and improved Mobile App and Online Banking platform.
 

MVB clients can expect a wide array of innovative features:

· Connect with our support team with live chat.

· Attach images, such as receipts, to your transactions.

· Customize your dashboard to fit your needs.

· Send funds to others with or without an MVB account for free.

· Categorize your transactions with tags.

· Know that your account is safe with improved security features.

 

How do I know if I’ll be impacted by this change?

Any MVB clients who use MVB’s Personal Online Banking site or the MVB Mobile App will receive the enhanced experience.

 

Important Dates

Here are some important dates to keep in mind:

Thursday, August 8

At 4 p.m., the Bill Pay feature will be temporarily disabled for this upgrade. Any Bill Pay settings already in place will function as usual; however, the option to create a one-time payment will be temporarily unavailable until Monday, August 12.

Friday, August 9

At 4 p.m., Online Banking and the MVB Mobile App will be temporarily disabled for this upgrade. Access to both will be restored on Monday, August 12.

Monday, August 12

At 8 a.m., the new Online Banking site and new MVB Mobile App will be live! Bill Pay will also be reenabled at this time. You’ll need to remove your current MVB Bank app and download the new app, titled MVB Banking from the App Store or Google Play.

Monday, August 12

The cutoff time to transfer funds electronically will be extended from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
