At MVB our focus is to provide service with a personal touch for the businesses and busy households in the communities we serve.  In January 1999 we opened our doors in Marion County with just 11 employees and 15 board members.  At that time, the community was faced with larger banks buying out all the smaller banks.  This led to members of the community to feel under served and under appreciated.   Those of us at MVB have made it our mission to be a bank for the local people in our communities.

Today MVB has offices in not only Marion County, but in Harrison County, Jefferson County, and Berkeley County. With new offices comes a much larger staff committed to the success of our local communities.  We now have over 70 employees and 35 board members throughout the counties we serve.
