What are your current rates?

How do I sign up for online banking?

Signing up for online banking is simple. Please make sure you have your account number(s) handy. Choose the "Log In" button on the MVB Bank Homepage. Click on "New User?" from the sign-in box. After clicking "Begin," you will be directed thru a registration form, where you will also be able to choose your user name and password.

How do I order international money?

Please visit the Locations section of our website to find your local MVB branch. Call the nearest branch to have a personal banker assist you in ordering international money.

How do I apply for a loan?

To apply for a loan, stop in to one of our MVB branch locations. If you're short on time, log on to the Loans section of our website, choose the loan that's right for you, and click "Apply Now." You will then be able to send your personal information to MVB and a loan representative will be in contact with you.

What are your hours?

Each branch's lobby and drive-thru hours vary. For a complete listing of all of our branches and their hours, please visit the Locations page. MVB observes federal holidays. You can find that list here.

Do you have Visa® Gift Cards?

We are sorry, but MVB does not offer Visa® Gift Cards.

How do I print my statement?

Please log-in to your MVB Online Banking account via the MVB Bank Homepage. Once you're logged in, choose Products and Services from the online banking menu. From here, you will need to choose the account number of which statements you need under CSI-MVB Bank, Inc's Online Statements Partner. You will then be able to choose which month and year you would like to view, with the option to both print and save the PDF.

What is my ATM limit?

The bank-wide limit for both ATM and Debit cards is $2,000.00 per day. If you are in need of a temporary increase for a larger purchase, please call your local branch and a personal banker will be able to help.

Why can't I transfer money between my accounts online?

You likely haven't given us permission to do so. Please visit the Locations section of the website to find the phone number for your local branch. Our retail staff will need you to fill out and sign a form giving us permission to set up online transfers for you.

How do I change my PIN on my debit card?

You can change your PIN simply by visiting one of our ATM locations at an MVB branch. After inserting your card, the machine will prompt you to your options.
